Angela Finnegan, Executive Director

Angela Finnegan was born and grew up in Littleton, Colorado. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 2003 from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She served as a Counselor at the West Palm Beach Pregnancy Resource Center during her undergraduate studies and then completed the Torchbearers International Bible School program in Schladming, Austria. In 2004 Angela became the Education Coordinator for the Denver Rescue Mission’s home for single mothers with children, the Champa House. Angela was promoted to Program Director of the Champa House in 2005 and served in this role for six years. Angela and her husband relocated to Hobe Sound, Florida in January 2011, and she is currently working towards a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

David Dreyer, President

David E. Dreyer is General Counsel of DUNN Capital Management, LLC in Stuart, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in accounting from Bob Jones University in 1987; a J.D. degree with high honors from the University of Florida in 1993 and was admitted to the Order of the Coif; and obtained an LL.M degree in taxation from the University of Florida in 1994. David practiced public and private accounting for approximately three years as a Certified Public Accountant (Georgia). David is a member of the Florida Bar. He practiced law with Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A. in West Palm Beach as a Florida Bar certified attorney in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and left that firm as an equity shareholder to join DUNN in June 2008. David also teaches Business Law as an adjunct professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University. David lives in Jupiter with his wife and two children and attends Christ Fellowship Church.





Carol Beresford, Founder

Carol Beresford was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She has been married for 49 years to Paul R. Beresford who is an ordained Baptist Minister currently pastoring at Tequesta’s First Baptist Church of Tequesta, Florida, and serving as the Chaplain for the Police and Fire Departments of Tequesta. They have three children and eleven grandchildren. She has an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development from Cedarville College, a four year Bible degree from Baptist Bible Institute in Cleveland Ohio, and has completed the Masters Bible course from Liberty University. She also has a Cosmetology Certificate as a Licensed Manager. Carol enjoys painting and poetry and is experienced in starting Christian ministries. She began a 100 person daycare center in Orange Village, Ohio and Bethlehem Christian School, also in Orange Village which is operating today. In 1998, Carol opened Hannah’s Home of Mentor Ohio ,of which she is Founder Emeritus. She is currently the Founder of Hannah’s Home of South Florida, Inc. in Tequesta, Florida, a home for homeless, pregnant unwed young women.




Mike Rhodes

Michael D Rhodes has served as a Director and volunteer Treasurer of Hannah’s Home since its inception in late 2002. Mike is a CPA and is also the Finance Director for the Goodmark Group. Earlier in his career, Mike also held senior financial management positions with Proudfoot Consulting and The Institute of Management Resources (IMR) two international consulting firms. Mike spent the initial 10 years of his professional career with FedEx in Memphis Tennessee where he also received his MBA from the University of Memphis in 1984. Mike and his wife Doris Ann have been residents of Tequesta and members of the First Baptist Church of Tequesta since 1992. Additionally Mike volunteers as chairperson for the Village General Employee Pension Fund Board of Trustees where he has been a board member since August of 2007.




Tom Jones

Tom has been married for 30 years and has a grown daughter and son and one granddaughter Tom is a born again Christian and has been for over 32 years. He is a Bible study teacher and Elder in the local church, and has held the lay positions of, Deacon and Sunday school superintendent. Tom manages and maintains a corporate airplane for a private family in Palm Beach Florida. He has been an airplane technician for 30 years and has worked for the airlines and a fortune 500 company.





Jon Olson

Jon is employed by Peacock and Lewis, Architects and Planners as a Project architect.  He has worked with the firm for over ten years and currently works in a capacity that includes marketing, client management, project direction and implementation.  He has particular expertise in hospitality and residential design and has been LEED certified.  Peacock and Lewis has been providing quality design services in Florida for nearly 50 years.
